Both in the social and labor field, there has been a considerable change in the different reforms that have been made, as these are aimed at ensuring compliance with the rights of workers, which are not only considered in the labor regulations, but are also mandatory, stipulated in the Constitution, being so, you can not give them up as dictated by Article 326 in paragraph 2 of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador of 2008.
