Izvleček: | This research was carried out in two locations in the Bolívar province: Guayabal Naranjal, Chillanes canton, and San Gerardo, Echeandía canton, in order to determine the physical-chemical quality of the soil, in three agricultural strata. The objectives set were i) Identify the physical components and soil chemicals in the two localities of the Bolívar province. ii) Carry out an analysis of macro and micro nutrients in three strata of agricultural soils and iii) Compare the results of macro and micro nutrients of the two locations. A statistical analysis and the T test were carried out to compare averages of the physical properties and the levels of macro and micronutrients. To carry out the analyzes, 6 treatments were considered, each with a transect (upper, intermediate and lower), with two different depths, the first at 0 - 0.50m and the second from 0.50 to 1m. According to the physical-chemical analysis, the soil of the Guayabal Naranjal locality was characterized by presenting greater amounts of silt, which is why it was classified as silt loam with the highest moisture content with 66.72 %, while the soil of San Gerardo presented greater amounts of clay for which it belongs to the clay loam classification with a moisture content of 47.36%. The two localities presented optimal amounts of organic matter and neutral pH that is in the optimal scale of acidity. The highest amount of macronutrients occurred in the Guayabal Naranjal locality with levels of 35.91 ppm of N, 0.13 meq/100g of K, 8.42 ppm of S and 13.79 of Ca and in San Gerardo the highest levels high were: P with 9.12 ppm and Mg with 3.69 meq/100g. In relation to the amount of micronutrients, the Guayabal Naranjal locality presented better levels in almost all the treatments, verifying in this investigation that the soil of Guayabal Naranjal presented better physical and chemical conditions for the processes of growth and development of the crops, unlike the town of San Gerardo that has lower amounts of nutrients because it is a soil that is in the process of agricultural activities and needs to recover fertility to complete the levels necessary and required by the plants |
