Sumari:Current research conducted at the Rocafuerte & Orrico Radiological Center shows that the business is ineffectively managing social media, so it is seeking to strengthen its business using digital marketing tools in a strategic manner. It is suggested to implement specific strategies and tactics to increase recognition and market share in the same way as increasing the perception of the target audience. A situational analysis was conducted and innovative strategies were implemented that take advantage of digital platforms and current trends to achieve these objectives. The goal of this innovative method is to significantly improve the strengthening and reputation of the Radiological Center, as well as have a positive effect on the health community.
