Summary:Intellective Research: Cognitive technology strategies, in the educational process, argumentative LEARNING TO DEVELOP STUDENTS SEVENTH YEAR OF BASIC MEDIA EDUCATION SCHOOL THE CANTON SECAIRA CELIO JUAN SAN JOSÉ DE CHIMBO, PROVINCE OF BOLIVAR WHEN FIRST QUIMESTRE of the school year 2012 - 2013, presented by the Grandee: ING.VELOZ TERESA VERÓNICA SEGURA, addresses a topic that is methodical in correspondence with features that require cybernetic science to recognize that in the current dawn new generations make unlimited use of the technological equipment in the process of social communication and guiding fortiori powers to support electronic-mediator-pedagogical process incorporating a digital bridge between the information received and the spaces intellective-motivated by this source-rich presentation spaces Socratic-pedagogical educational participation. Chapter I, approached from the abstraction and synthesis analysis, positioning multiple intellectual and scientific theorists who have studied the technology, the process mediator pedagogical and cognitive skills, in order to denote the characteristics that contribute to the generation of strategies implied exchange students in forming critical, argumentative, reasoners, creative and innovative in promoting ideas, principles, concepts defined in the under cognitive requirements of educational intervention process. Chapter II, emphasizes the methodical-indagativa directionality that characterizes the quantitative and qualitative research: methods, techniques, procedures, and its incidence universe investigated deductive process and the generation of change strategies revealed from diagnosis factual and didactic-methodological utility from the imperatives provide audiovisual pedagogical development of cognitive skills in aesthetic culture. 13 Chapter III, by applying instruments of primary data collection: surveys and interview teachers and students to the authority of the School Attorney John Celio Secaira, Chimbo city operationalized through hypothetical-deductive method presented a statistic basic-descriptive: pictures of absolute and relative frequencies and bar charts and the respective analysis tools in order to verify the causal assessment that weighs the defectibles observable in the educational process of training leading to students.
