Chapter I, approached from the abstraction and synthesis analysis, positioning multiple intellectual and scientific theorists who have studied the technology, the process mediator pedagogical and cognitive skills, in order to denote the characteristics that contribute to the generation of strategies implied exchange students in forming critical, argumentative, reasoners, creative and innovative in promoting ideas, principles, concepts defined in the under cognitive requirements of educational intervention process.
