إضافة وسم | الملخص: | The present investigation called “Cultural care applied to pregnant adolescents Waranka. Guanujo Health Center May-July 2021”was carried out with the general objective of Determining the cultural care for Waranka pregnant adolescent patients who are treated at the Guanujo Health Center. For this, a methodological model with a quantitative approach was proposed, of the descriptive, non-experimental cross- sectional field type, working with a population of 15 pregnant Waranka adolescents who were interviewed using a questionnaire with open and closed questions. The results made it possible to identify low levels of compliance with the gestational controls mainly associated with deficiencies in the interculturality of the care offered, evidencing the need to put into practice the Rising Sun care model. It is concluded that the cultural care needs of Warankas pregnant adolescents underlie intercultural care, which starts from the recognition of their languages, cultural eating practices, such as the consumption of foods produced in a natural way and the consumption of infusions of medicinal plants such as chamomile, mint, lemon balm, among others, as well as care techniques for pregnant Waranka women promoted by scrubbers and midwives, necessary to alleviate the symptoms of pregnancy and to attend to possible complications experienced during this critical gestation process during adolescence.
