It’s the main reason why this project is focused on the search about three stages of population: those that need to start a business or entrepreneurship, those that have developed one and those which have had a failure. The objective of this project is to determine sustainability factors of the entrepreneurships, using the quantitative and qualitative approach. A sample was calculated, tabulation was made and indicators describing the reality of the canton with respect to the stated objective were released. An analysis was also performed and the interrelation and interpretation of indicators and social facts were obtained through the investigation and finally determined the object of our research. The techniques applied in collecting data for the development of research are: population survey, literature review and consultations on the internet and books. The results found through research are key factors. We can mention some of them: capacity of commitment with themselves and their families, quality customer service, added value, high quality of the product or service, innovation, skills in math, own savings, credit and so on. All these elements, allow the efficient development of the entrepreneurships. Equally important is to stay on the market, to create a good environment and provide opportunities for the society. Critical factors were also identified: Do you like to lead group works? Guarantee to offer, after-sales services, negotiation skills, and state bank loans, to remain static. Some of them are factors that led them to failure. Incorrect decisions don’t allowed them growing and failed about to live up their expectations. Finally, they had to close their businesses; giving others the opportunities to develop a new deal. Losing their own opportunity to be successful by themselves and affecting their own social and economic environment. |
