The credit union San José Ltd., is a prestigious institution where several people can access loans for many needs, this cooperative has very competitive staff who provide their best effort to help all partners in any concern they present, that has allowed the cooperative to place itself in one of the main institutions within the credit field. However, despite being a competitive cooperative, it has shortcomings in certain areas that can cause problems in loan collections and placements, so this research focuses on finding a solution to this problem, providing new strategies to improve financial intermediation in this institution that will help the economic growth of it. In this way the present investigative work can be concluded by mentioning that the savings and credit cooperative San José Ltda.
