הוספת תג | סיכום: | This research was conducted by the inclusion of a new type of Degree in Nursing Career; as is "Case Study research" mode but the student knows that hinders their development. The objective was to implement a Case Study Guide Research for students who choose this modality. The type of study was "exploratory", which aims to examine a research problem understudied which arise many doubts. An example of case study and incorporated mothers during labor and delivery at the hospital in Medellin was performed. Once developed the guide proceeded to review by the expert committee for validation, using the Delphi technique, the results gave comments and suggestions were incorporated into the guide according to the revised case studies in research literature. The guide was validated as certification issued by the management of the research department at the State University of Bolivar. Finally, it was concluded that the case studies are an effective methodology research in Health Sciences and Nursing specifically because it helps improve the creative students' critical thinking and strengthens nursing care as a discipline. It is recommended that the case studies to be incorporated into the subjects of research so that when the student reaches his or her qualifications have prior knowledge about their work.
