Portafolio de los servicios financieros y su incidencia en la generación de rentabilidad dentro de la caja solidaria financiera de ahorro y crédito 7 colinas, ciudad de Guaranda, período 2016-2017

The present project is titled "Portfolio of Financial Services and its Incidence in the Generation of Profitability within the Solidarity Financial Savings and Credit Fund Seven Hills". Our research consists of analyzing the portfolio of financial services and how these affect the profitability of the financial solidarity box, direct contact was made with the most responsible of the institution who provided the required information. The modality applied in the present investigation is qualitative and quantitative, since in this way it is possible to expose the results found in the diagnosis of the Financial Solidarity Fund, besides this, it makes use of methods such as analytical, inductive, deductive, techniques and instruments for data collection, such as the interview, which was applied to the manager and the survey that was applied to the 65 members of the solidarity fund. As a result of this investigation, the ordinary credit and the special credit that contribute to the financial growth of the same, so that the entity continues to promote more credits, strategies were proposed, which contribute to the increase in profitability.
