| Summary: | The present research work focuses on internal communication and the institutional image, key tools for the development of the Faculty of Health Sciences and Human Being, at the same time an Internal Communication Plan is proposed, which contributes with communication strategies for proper communication management. A descriptive and field research was used, applying research instruments such as: surveys and interviews to the university levels of this Faculty, with an inductive-deductive method, also, with the results obtained the respective analysis is performed to have a broad vision and clear of the case under study. At the conclusion of the investigation it is evident that the internal communication lacks solidity, in addition, the management of the information is inadequate, so the internal public is not permanently involved with the Academic Unit, therefore it is necessary to generate a healthy communication environment , framed in the achievement of the objectives set by the managers, in addition to establishing a sense of belonging by those who are part of the Faculty, and; in that way develop a solid and reliable image towards the external public, since the members of the institution are the first letter of presentation with society.
