| Shrnutí: | This research aims to determine the working conditions that prevent burnout syndrome in the administrative and financial area of the Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal San Miguel, provincia Bolívar, year 2024. To achieve this, a mixed methodology was used, combining standardized surveys to measure burnout levels in staff and interviews aimed at managers to identify the organizational factors that influence their development. The results obtained through the surveys applied reflected a significant percentage of public servants who present symptoms of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and low personal fulfillment. Among the factors that contribute to this problem are work overload, lack of recognition, and poor internal communication. The findings of this research highlight the need to implement strategies that improve the work environment, such as optimizing workload, strengthening organizational communication, and establishing work well-being programs. These actions will reduce the impact of burnout and improve the performance of public servants, thus guaranteeing a more efficient and quality service for citizens.
