要約:In the theoretical bases of development, it is stated that societies must experience political, economic, social advancement and some other scopes, that is why the investigation that has 17 been carried out has been based on an analysis of the conditions in which they work. the orange producers of the Lomas de Pita sector of the Caluma Canton in order to establish whether the labor practices practiced by the producers before detecting are or are not immersed in the theoretical perspectives of development and their positions (liberalism, Keynesianism, Marxism, humanism, individualism and anarchism). For this investigation, the qualitative methodology has been used, in the same way based on techniques such as the interview and the bibliographic review, the instrument used is a questionnaire of 18 questions, for the selection of the sample it has been done based on the method non-probabilistic for convenience, thus selecting 10 families that have been studied in this investigation. The work that the producers carry out when harvesting and maintaining the land dedicated to the production of oranges has been done with orthodox tools and in a traditional way for several decades, therefore, the conditions in which the producers of oranges work orange are not immersed in the perspectives of development theory or its positions. One of the theoretical alternatives that could improve the working conditions of orange producers in the Lomas de Pita sector of Caluma Canton would be that of Marxism, essentially the division of labor, since workers are the fundamental pillar of societies.
