Agregar Etiqueta | Sumario: | An analysis of the situation of the collaborative ventures in Cantón Chimbo was carried out, the main results were that there is a very little standardized production process, the advertising is deficient, the organizational and administrative structure is almost nonexistent; Which causes serious problems at the moment of decision making. The main processes involved in the production and administration of selected confections were identified. The main shortcomings are in the organizational structure, the sales structure, the production structure; for which it proposes simple processes that are understandable by the people who will benefit from the present study in order to promote an activity that has a tradition deeply rooted in the Province of Bolívar and produces wealth, favoring the economy for families Involved. Finally, an analysis of variables, according to the authors' criterion, gives potential to productivity and commercialization. The main variables involved are: planning, organization, direction, control and evaluation. In the same way adapting the basic principles of total quality and just-in-time in the production process, so that it can remain in the market. |
