An eco-village is an ecological community where everything it produces around it becomes useful for a second use, its buildings are made of natural material, waste management that does not pollute, solar panels and gray water management they will be an example of a Natural construction. The eco-village is related to permaculture, which is a permanent culture not only of food but also of the way of life, it is intended to change the ideology for the new generations and cultivate cultural and environmental ethics. In the investigation of this project, primary and secondary sources were used to take references about the proposed topic, how strong to obtain a positive and profitable result within the research is the market study and to know the profile of the visitor through the application of a survey, having as results positive answers that help the application of the project.
