Cooperative? The development of this work has been performed through field research based on the application of a communicational plan with communication strategies; for data obtaining was used the survey applied to the associates in the core matrix and its agencies of the finance entity, and interview the General Manager, Economist Paola García. To analyze information such as research methods are applied: inductive, deductive, descriptive data and with it has come to determine the real problem research its causes and consequences. For the informational analysis fact-finding methods applied such as: Inductive, deductive, descriptive and with the obtained data the true fact-finding problem has come to determine its causes and consequences. The obtained results have allowed generating fundamental strategies communicational for reach of the institutional objectives. The lack of obvious strategies of communication, require to be addressed according to the modern techniques of diffusion and publicity that they enable having an internal and external acceptance of the publics. So what the lack of communicational strategies inside the institution has avoided that citizenship acquires or get information in a high-quality level on the products, services and social benefits of the Guaranda Ltda.
