Προσθήκη ετικέτας | Περίληψη: | The present investigative work was carried out with the purpose of applying the nursing care process based on the Madeleine Leininger model in children with malnutrition from 1 to 3 years of age at the San Simón health center. For this, a quantitative methodology was used, with a cross- sectional field design. An assessment guide was made under the Madeleine Leininger model, which was applied to 15 caregivers of children with malnutrition. Giving as problematic, economic income below the minimum wage, poor food consumption, large families and poor knowledge of how to prevent malnutrition. Taking into account these problems, five nursing plans were made using the nursing language NANDA, NIC, NOC, which were applied to the mothers of malnourished children. The results were evaluated by means of the T-student normality test, in which a significance of 0.553 was obtained as a result. Therefore, the pairing test was applied, giving 0.015 as a bilateral significance value, so it was verified that the feasible hypothesis for the application of this work is the alternative.
