| Тойм: | In the research presented it can be revealed that the main problem is the lack of management audits in an institutional environment, it is revealed that there is a lack of control in the field of human talent management of the Municipal Government of Guaranda, it is understood that there must be an efficient form of control and that is the purpose of this research, the objective of this research is the application of an examination that helps to control more efficiently and effectively the processes related to the administration of human talent and generate conclusions and recommendations for a positive evaluation for the entity; The methodology used is a quantitative type of research since it will be truthful and accurate data, with anequally quantitative approach where the level of risk and confidence in the results obtained will be determined. Within the application of methodology is the realization of a survey conducted to 100 people out of a total population of 150, where it was necessary to obtain as much information as possible to solve the shortcomings of the institution as well as to conduct two interviews of 5 servers, and with the results we could only say that there were 5 findings which detail that the trainings are not carried out, as if the servers are informed of how they are evaluated, if the control of the hours worked by workers are correct and are efficient and most importantly motivation is something that is not present within the entity. |
