Ամփոփում:The research project was conducted at the Integral Child Development Center "Mushuk Pakari" in children from 2 to 3 years old with the permission of the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion (MIES), finding as a problem the lack of hand-eye coordination in the development of body exploration and motor skills. Thus, the theoretical and scientific bases of the two variables were established: Eye-hand coordination or visual-hand coordination, which is the ability that exists in the synchronization of the eyes and hands to perform various activities of controlled movements that do not require precision such as cutting, gluing, tearing, painting, etc.; and the area of body exploration and motor skills allows the child to develop his or her emotions and experiences in the surrounding environment so that he or she can develop and learn about his or her body and his or her own identity. Within the methodology, its investigative approach is mixed since its process was qualitative and quantitative; according to its study design it is descriptive, bibliographic, field and explanatory; in the method it is deductive, inductive, analysis - synthesis and research - action allowing to know the phenomena that are related to the variables of the investigation; Finally, the techniques applied were the observation form for children from 2 to 3 years old and the survey to the teaching staff of the Mushuk Pakari Comprehensive Child Development Center, since the data obtained were used for the analysis and interpretation of the data. The final result was that the lack of hand-eye coordination in the development of body exploration and motor skills is due to the lack of knowledge and practice of XV the teaching staff working at the CDI, thus hindering the learning process because they do not have adequate stimulation.
