Резюме:This research on the use of information technology and communication in the inter-learning process was carried out in the "School Andrade Trinidad Lynx" of the Parish of Puerto Limon in order to obtain information on the reasons why teachers do not use ICT to improve the quality of education and prepare students according to the requirements of the third millennium, with the innovation of science and new technologies. The methodology used in research is the field and literature; of field because it is run on the same campus, through the use of surveys, questionnaires and 8 teachers, 33 students in the seventh year of basic bibliographic queries that theoretical framework it is done using several books, texts, internet and others, what our research foundation. Once the results tabulated and subjected to critical analysis diagnosed the causes why the teachers do not use ICT, which exist in the institution. Percentages expressing the results of the surveys determined that 100% of teachers have knowledge and awareness of the existence and importance of ICT in the process of inter-learning, as research shows that a good percentage do not use for not be trained in handling and use, etc., and the other percentage is trained, but do not give due importance to the use of ICT in the process, ie do not take advantage it offers. For the above reasons the proposal is seen as solution to the problem, the use and application of the methodological guide of Encarta in the process of inter-learning to all teachers who work in the institution and thus can provide students quality education, innovative and constructive human being, according to the requirements of today's world that forces trained and prepared to face the challenges of the third millennium, using modern technological tools in the various activities of social and labor.
