| Итог: | This research is carried out in order to verify how Organizational Behavior influences the development of the MUSHUC RUNA Savings and Credit Cooperative Ltda, Riobamba branch, Chimborazo province, year 2024. To this end, exhaustive research was carried out to verify which are the elements of Organizational Behavior that influence the development of the company. The organizational climate, communication, motivation, job satisfaction influences the development of an organization, because of this it is necessary to foster a suitable environment focused on providing good customer service. In addition, it is important to analyze how organizational behavior affects the activities carried out in the cooperative.The results of this research will allow us to identify which of the factors are affecting the development of the cooperative in order to establish strategies that help improve the work environment and therefore the service provided by the organization. The research consists of five chapters: the general formulation of the project, theoretical framework, methodology, discussion of the results and the proposal, followed by the conclusions and recommendations. |
