That is why; In the comprehensive development of children and adolescents who have lost their parents and are orphans due to abandonment, femicide, and other factors, this state obligation to guarantee rights "is reinforced", since rights inherent to the human dignity are committed to this form of violence, among them; the right to survival, integral development, protection, as well as the right to participation. In this investigation, the role of the State in the protection of orphaned children in the city of Guaranda was dogmatically addressed and it was evidenced that public policy is sufficient to guarantee their rights, likewise, it was evidenced that the protection measures protection adopted must comply with the parameters of the best interest of the minor, always trying to maintain family and affective ties. |
