The new knowledge also focuses on financial management tool that will lead to decisions based on financial indicators, fully constituted the end of a financial year. The resulting from the application of this tool focused on Management Manual addresses the administrative and financial area with which the Manager Owner take the most appropriate and advance in the character of being a competitive mall decisions. |

En la actividad administrativa se dispone de un Manual, con enfoque prospectivo para que en el término de un quinquenio en laempresa comercial, se provea de herramientas administrativas que le orienten de mejor manera su accionar con la participación de Talentos Humanos de planta, entre ellos la contadora para que pueda disponer de información oportuna y simplificada. El nuevo conocimiento se centra en la herramienta de gestión financiera, que le conducirá a la toma de decisiones sobre la base de indicadores financieros, información que constituye la base elemental que refleja la realidad financiera de la empresa en determinadas fechas cuando sea requerida a nivel interno y externo. Los resultantes de la aplicación de esta herramienta concentrados en el Manual de Gestión,abordan el área administrativa y financiera, con el cual su Gerente Propietario tomará las decisiones más adecuadas y avance en el carácter de ser una empresa comercial competitiva.Universidad Estatal de Bolívar.
