Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | This research work aims to provide an overview of whether the possible causes of the problems in the Esmeraldas prison are convex to the shortcomings of the criminal public policy regarding the protection of the rights of persons deprived of their liberty, as well as to set a precedent to optimize the execution of prison administration, as a proposal. The Social Rehabilitation System in our country is in charge of the full rehabilitation of persons previously processed and with a criminal sentence to reinsert them into society, as well as the protection of persons deprived of liberty and the guarantee of their rights; in short, the purpose of this system is to house, recover, vindicate and restitute persons deprived of liberty, who are nothing more than citizens who have broken the law by committing crimes. In recent years the social rehabilitation system has been clouded by several riots, which have involved acts of vandalism and barbarism inside the country's prisons. This in itself has caused an increase in citizen security and the growth of criminal gangs inside the prisons to control the illegal and illicit trade of narcotic and psychotropic substances both inside and outside the prisons, as well as extorting the owners of small and large enterprises (Vaccines), robberies and assassinations. This research is of an explanatory and qualitative-quantitative nature, as well as the deductive, statistical, descriptive and historical method was implemented, in addition, the use of surveys and interviews with people deprived of liberty with good conduct and administrative staff will be carried out.
