Sumari:The document shows the creation of an administrative model for the marketing of cocoa in the collection center Miryan canton Montalvo, province of Los Rios, for the impact, a bibliographic study will be conducted, with the purpose of collecting scientific information, demonstrating the theoretical basis and variables for the object of research in the same way the diagnosis of the existing situation for a production company and marketing of cocoa in which the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats will be analyzed, allowing to examine the current state of the organization and a management model for the development of processes, opportunities and threats that allow to examine the current state of the organization and a management model for the development of processes Administration and Business with Emphasis on Cocoa marketing and can be used as an alternative the determination of an external factor new development processes that increase economic prosperity for which a field research was conducted by using methods have been conducted surveys and interviews in the collection center, also selected the most relevant aspects of verification organization and administrative system, the staff in charge applies for the achievement of objectives and goals. With the results of the study, the objectives of this thesis were achieved, which led to the creation of an administrative management model, according to the needs of the agribusiness, which will optimize the development of cocoa marketing processes.
