Summary:This research entitled “Study of the Management of Human Talent of the private security companies of the Guaranda canton, year 2019. As main problem it had: How does it affect the inapplication of processes in the human talent management of the private security companies of the Guaranda canton? To find the solution, the following was proposed: To develop a human talent management model based on theoretical foundations and current regulations for the private security companies of the Guaranda canton, year 2019, while the specific objectives were: to identify the processes that are apply in the management of human talent of security companies; analyze the human talent management system applicable to private security companies, and propose a structure for human talent management for these private security companies. In order to know the management processes accomplished, the operational and managerial personnel of the companies under study were involved, to whom a survey and interview was applied, respectively; secondary sources of information such as texts, books and similar research papers were used; which allowed to theoretically support the findings found. To gather information, exploratory, field, descriptive, qualitative and bibliographic research was used. The methods used were: analytical, synthetic, inductive, and, deductive; that allowed analyzing the processes of human talent management that are being fulfilled in these companies, establishing that in the private security companies of the Guaranda canton partially fulfill some human talent management processes in the administrative and operational area. This work concludes with the proposal of a structure for the management of human talent for the private security companies of the Guaranda canton; which aims to improve the level of performance of these companies, through the technical management of their human talents, trying to improve the satisfaction of customers of security companies, with the production and supply of quality services, and ensuring a work environment conducive to organizational development, with the improvement of the internal work environment
