| 要約: | Given the new educational scenario posed by the pandemic, the development of pedagogical resources that facilitate synchronous and asynchronous learning environments are important, their design must focus on the reality, context, availability of technological resources and needs, unfortunately, the social and economic reality of the country according to a report from the Ecuadorian Institute of Statistics and Censuses (INEC) on Internet access and considerations that imply the use of ICT by both teachers and students, reflect different difficulties, for which questions such as: Are households technologically equipped of students for this type of education? Are the teachers prepared for this type of education? Is the curriculum and educational model consistent with the new reality? And what ICT resources can be used? Based on the answers to these questions, the reality of the implementation, application and development of educational resources is reflected. The search for bibliographic information focused on repositories of universities, international organizations, books and recently published publications; accompanied by information collected from students and teachers based on surveys, representing the population of interest, along with bibliographic research on studies and analysis related to education and ICT carried out in the region. Once the information has been collected and analyzed, the conclusions reflect results that have made it possible to establish considerations in the implementation of virtual educational resources, different perspectives and visions of education and ICT that are contrasted with the data collected |
