The objectives were: 1) To determine the incidence of Canine Distemper in zone 5. 2) To establish the characteristics of Canine Distemper in each province. 3) Determine in which period of life the individual presented the disease. The experimental variables and results were: Prevalence 20%; Origin Provincia Bolívar 59%; Breed Frensh Poodle 33%; Sex 61% male; Age 43% 3rd month; Body condition 65% thin; Weather station 72% summer; Clinical signs 35% overall (anorexia 20%); And Mortality 85%; Finally, this research determined that the retrospective study of Canine Distemper in zone 5 was related by coefficients to the animal's immune status, which are more likely to contract the disease, increasing the risk of infection. |

Se determinó porcentajes, medias, frecuencia y gráficos. Los objetivos planteados fueron: 1) Determinar la incidencia del Distemper Canino en la zona 5. 2) Establecer las características del Distemper Canino en cada provincia. 3) Determinar en qué periodo de vida del individuo se presentó la enfermedad. Las variables experimentales y resultados fueron: Prevalencia 20%; Procedencia Provincia Bolívar 59%; Raza Frensh Poodle 33%; Sexo 61% macho; Edad 43% 3er mes; Condición corporal 65% delgado; Estación climática 72% verano; Signos clínicos 35% general (anorexia 20%); y Mortalidad 85%; Finalmente esta investigación determinó que el estudio retrospectivo del Distemper Canino en la zona 5, estuvo relacionada por coeficientes al estado inmunológico del animal, que son más propensos a contraer la enfermedad aumentando el riesgo de la infección.Universidad Estatal de Bolívar .
