This strategical planificatíon tries a new visión with the purpose to reach a top positíon in this sector with a successful management to develop the human talent, it form the development of our community and the country too, wich we make sure of this document, it will serve its application at the school "San Guisel Alto". There are many reasons for this work, it's a process ofthis strategical planifícation and this make certain us the presence ofa educative center as former at the students, family and community it tries to discover the best ofthis institution with this one and we will get new, clear, and well defíned ideas, this document will give a strategical change and the opportunity to expose the steps that we will give to reach this view. The battem with we work in this investigation, it was taken 190 students, 19 teacher, 150 families. We have used public - opinión poli, interview and the observation technique, these were analyzed by means representation of these results, individual analysis of the public opinión, verifícation of the hy pothesis and it was realized the "FODA". Grateful for the effort that we reaiized in this task. Actually we have the following conclutions about the theme, theses ones were verifíed and helped to apply we had said, we established the cleamess and priority of the problem like: - To quality to the teachers - To increase 40% of teachers at the school - To negotíate a medial unit in the institution. So we will place emphasis about the capacity ofour purpose with the educativo process in the same. With the use ofthis strategical plan we will incorpórate an institution with social events. And this has design an instrumental set about the executions of the actions to help and prove the results.The implements are: To report the activities that we'11 realize To handie the activities fírst To evalúate the results about the objectives, corporate that we have established. In addition the negotiation of the results, this won't help with system to handie the participative evaluation here we don't use the re -oriéntate and the correction in that we propose. |
