Summary:The present investigation work is oriented toward the search in active ways of teaching learning of the English language, from this perspective this work has been organized leaving of the selection of the topic the one that has been synthesized in the following way: The Electronic Means in the teaching learning of the Students of Seventh Year of Basic Education of the Mixed Fiscal School ―Garcia Moreno‖ of the Parish San Pablo from Athens, Canton San Miguel, County Bolívar; during the Period 2011-2012 He/she has thought about the problem: The inadequate use of The Electronic Means in the teaching learning of the Students of Seventh Year of Basic Education of the Mixed Fiscal School ―Garcia Moreno‖ of the Parish San Pablo from Athens, Canton San Miguel, and Province Bolívar; during the Period 2011-2012. From this problem the objective of this investigation is: To use active techniques and forms of teaching learning to elevate the academic acting of the Students of Seventh Year of Basic Education of the Mixed Fiscal School ―Garcia Moreno‖ of the Parish San Pablo from Athens, Canton San Miguel, County Bolívar; during the Period 2011-2012. For what thinks about with the use of electronic means in the hypothesis it will improve the quality of the teaching learning of the English language in the students of seventh year of Basic Education of the Mixed Fiscal School ―Garcia Moreno‖ of the Parish San Pablo from Athens, Canton San Miguel, County Bolívar, during the period 2011—2012, obtaining as independent variable the use of the electronic means and as variable dependent quality of teaching learning. The theoretical mark is structured in the following way: The scientific theory is based by scientific approaches about the importance of the electronic means in the process of teaching learning of the English language.The regulatory scheme sustained by the pertinent articles of the Constitution of the Republic, Law of Superior Education, Regulation of Academic Régime and Regulation of Grades and Holding of the Ability. The conceptual theory is you support for important conceptualizations on all the aspects contemplated in the variables, on the pedagogic evaluations in the academic acting. The theory referential focuses the most outstanding aspects in the School where he/she was carried out the Investigation. In the methodological strategy it is welcomed: for the applied purpose; for the study level, descriptive, for the bibliographical place and of field, for the traverse temporary dimension It was applied the survey and the interview for the obtaining of the data that was good to check the hypothesis. It was used the methods: analytic, descriptive, inductive and deductive. Of among the techniques the data processing plan was selected through charts and graphics. In the chapter of the proposal you out lines the elaboration of a guide or pedagogic orientation on the application of the most subjective electronic means to elevate the academic acting of the English language.
