Resumo:This paper considers the overriding need to develop pre-professional practice routine before the completion of studies in the field of teaching, in order to improve the performance of prospective teachers courtly, because it promotes training and educational work later, which in turn becomes the basis for the improvement of educational quality. The work is divided into several chapters in the first part is the issue, background, problem, the rationale, objective, both general and specific, hypothesis, variables and operationalization of variables. The first chapter is summarized the theory behind the work, consisting of scientific theory, in which two variables are developed, the terms of systematic pre-professional practice, characteristics, importance and usefulness, and the performance aulic student teachers in meeting the educational work. The second chapter deals with the methodological strategies used to develop the work, which considered the types of research, the universe to be investigated, as well as work methods and techniques for research. With respect to the third chapter, there is performed the analysis of the results obtained through surveys of teachers students Teachers and Extension University of San Miguel thus beginning the field investigation. The data were organized in tables and statistical graphs represented in the bottom of these was found the analysis and interpretation of results. The fourth chapter, which contains the proposal, it solves the problem identified through research and in my case, refers to the preparation of pre-professional practice systematically. This proposal aims to guide students so that when conducting the pre-professional practices conducted without major difficulties implementing the recommendations arising there any subject in which they will teach classes. This chapter also find evidence of the results obtained in implementing the proposal and the acceptance of students and eight teachers of the sixth cycle of University Extension, San Miguel. It has received wide acceptance of this research work the authorities of the institution since it wants to help students who began his career by giving them the tools necessary for professional performance quality according to the requirements that day by day our society generates
