Shrnutí:This research was conducted at the "Santa Ana de Pasochoa" farm from the Rumiñahui canton, in Pichincha Province, whose purpose was to evaluate follicular dynamics administering vitamins and, chelated trace elements in dairy cattle. For this, were used: 16 crossbred cows (Holstein and Jersey), of 27, 28 and 29 postpartum days in 4 groups with 4 replications. The animals were physically evaluated. Besides, through a rectal ultrasound was evaluated the follicular status of the cows and thereafter, a dose of 120 grams/animal of vitamins and, complexed trace minerals was administer ed orally, the same ones that were dissolved after 72 hours. After this time a gynecological checkup with the rectal transducer was made; The cows of the group T2D27, T3D28 and T1test recorded a 100% of presence of follicles, while the group T4D29 reported the 75% of follicular presence. Also with the rectal transducer you could measure the diameter folicular, finding a bigger diameter folicular in cows of 29 days post childbirth with an average of 10,4 millimeters, while in the T3D28 with 9,58 mm; the T2D27 8,15 mm and the witness registered an average 8,71 mm of diameter folicular, as for the growth folicular treatments but it was found a greater follicular diameter in cows of 29 postpartum days, averaging 10.4 mm, while in the T3D28 was of 9.58 mm; the T2D27 was of 8.15 mm and the witness averaged 8.71 mm follicular diameter. When analyzing the follicular growth, no significant differences were found but the treatment the dose of 120gr of of vitamins and, complexed trace minerals justified his use whereas they increase the diameters of the ovarian follicles, for his soon zeal getting less pajuelas uses in the IA, also helping to the recovery of the corporal condition, and I increase in milky production.
