| Riassunto: | The present research work is focused on the study of the immunological response of three vaccination techniques through the titration of antibodies against Newcastle. The general objective of which is to evaluate the effect of three vaccination techniques (oral, ocular and spray) against Newcastle on antibody titers in broiler chickens. For the procedure, two factors were implemented, which were factor A: the chickens (vaccine day 10-booster day 21) and factor B: vaccination techniques (B0: control, B1: oral vaccine, B2: ocular vaccine, B3: spray vaccine). Using ELISA serological analysis, the antibody levels of each treatment are determined in which T1 and T2 (oral and ocular vaccination respectively) gave an average of 0.24% immunity and T3 (spray vaccination) showed an average of 0.25% immunity. After applying the statistical analysis of the results, it is established that T3 presents a level of advantage in the immune response with 0.25%, weight gain and food conversion with 1.57 at the conclusion of the research. However, feed conversion and weight gain are not statistically different between each of the treatments to interpret that the immune response influences these variables. |
