| Zusammenfassung: | The objective of this research work was to develop communication strategies to promote the positioning of the institutional image of the weekly The Bolivarian Tribune in digital media. A methodology was executed with a type of descriptive and explanatory research, which made it possible to describe and find the shortcomings of said problem and in this way create communication strategies to improve the positioning of the institutional image of the medium. The approach of this research was mixed, since in this way they seek to obtain a better understanding, through surveys directed at the urban area of Guaranda, interviews with the deputy director of the media outlet and an expert on the subject of digital media and a file observational. A style manual was designed that establishes rules and guidelines that must be followed when writing and presenting content in a media. This type of manual contains titling elements, typographic elements, informative content, the proper use of grammar, punctuation and spelling, as well as the preparation of technical scripts, which is a document that precisely details the planning and execution of an audiovisual production for different social networks. By developing communication strategies, it is possible for the medium to have more views, loyalty and interaction with users. |
