Summary:The implementation of a strategic plan is essential to improve the management of the enterprise "Lavado de Muebles Viejo Lucho" in the city of Chimbo, Bolívar province, in the year 2023. For this, a theoretical investigation was carried out to identify the variables that could influence the management of the venture, followed by an exhaustive diagnosis of the current situation through an internal and external evaluation of the company. The objective of this thesis project Prepare a strategic plan for the improvement of management in the furniture washing enterprise Viejo Lucho, in the city of Chimbo, Bolívar province, year 2023, the precise diagnosis of the current situation and, finally, the implementation of a comprehensive strategic plan, this strategic plan aims to improve the company's market position and achieve established business objectives. To assess the external business environment and market competition conditions, tools such as SWOT analysis and Michael Porter's 5 forces analysis were used. In addition, an internal analysis was carried out to assess the current situation of the company in terms of resources, capabilities and distinctive competencies. With the implementation of this strategic plan, it is expected that the "Lavado de Muebles Viejo Lucho" venture can optimize its resources, strengthen its distinctive capabilities and adapt effectively to the changing demands of the market. Likewise, it seeks to increase its competitiveness and achieve sustainable growth in the long term. Key words: Implementation, management, external environment, competition, internal analysis.
