Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | The main objective of this research work is to guarantee the establishment of alimony as an aid in the prenatal stage to the pregnant woman, indicating what is the right of the woman when she is pregnant to receive alimony, since The majority of women are unaware of this right, since they consider that it is only applicable when they are married, and on the contrary, their status as single women or minors does not require such compliance as they are required by law to request from the competent authority. Starting from the problem observed, due to the fact that part of the feminist society raises a claim for alimony against those who do not have the legal obligation, and in these cases the same law facilitates the filing of a claim for alimony as aid to the pregnant woman, because women, knowing that the only fundamental proof is the judicial process, is the testimonial evidence, which in most of these cases is false or altered, is allowed to the judge at the time of issuing the sentence does not do so with certainty. From the foregoing, it can be seen that immediately the philosophy of existence and creation that the State manages the environment of life, mentioning that it is protected from the conception of the being without any distance of gender, social position, race or any other that could establish discriminatory scenarios towards people, simply with the desire to protect the care of the being that is in the process of natural formation, prior to its subsequent existence as a person in the world at birth. (Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, 2008) From the foregoing it can be inferred that a pregnant woman has the right to receive food from conception.
