Companies seek to improve their productivity and efficiency, it is essential not to overlook a critical aspect, occupational risks refer to situations, conditions and elements that can endanger the physical, mental or emotional integrity of workers during the performance of their jobs, daily tasks such as accidents and injuries to occupational diseases, these risks can have a significant impact on the health of workers and the sustainability of companies. Attention to occupational risks is not only a legal or ethical issue, but also a smart investment in the health and productivity of the workforce. Through effective workplace risk management, organizations can not only avoid costly accidents and sick leave, but also foster an environment in which workers feel valued, safe and motivated to do their best.
