To acquire data and perform this research Daldal Community is located in Canton Riobamba, where are located the workshops of the Organization. Starting with direct observation at the time of the assembly process of the members of the Association and performing the respective encuetas then be analyzed and decisions in research. After the observation at the time of assembly, and surveys were concluded the lack of assembly techniques, and proper application of them. Knowledge of techniques assembled in the Association "Good News" which is insufficient impact on a poor quality of the manufacture of garments. Considering that the members of the Association did not have the opportunity to attend a training center to learn about teaching techniques of assembly, their skills were developed in an empirical way. The theoretical framework analyzes the assembly system that will acquire new knowledge in the making process and improve product quality, with the selection and application of appropriate techniques of Assembly. Within the methodology was carried out appropriate technical guides, considering also the tissues, machines, needles, stitches, etc..at the time of assembly. This research is significant for members of the Association "Good News" to learn proper techniques of assembly and the right application of it. |
