Zusammenfassung:The following research work begins with the description of the current situation of Acción Social Municipal del Cantón Guaranda, in seeking to strengthen the organization, different strategies and the correct use of social marketing tools are proposed to achieve positioning, improve the image and achieve the desired scope, and at the same time seek that the Guarandeña society can feel very satisfied with the activities they develop along with the provision of their services provided. With the application of these strategies Acción Social Municipal del Cantón Guaranda, seeks to attract new volunteers, the incursion of private investment and generate relationships with entities related to the Municipality, achieving optimal social development. The methodology used for the execution of the research project was analytical and descriptive, specifically focused on the field study, these types of research allow us to observe, analyze, synthesize and describe the current situation of Acción Social, and after that with the collection of information we were able to design strategies and social marketing tools to improve positioning, increase outreach and promote and inform the organization in different social media.
