Samenvatting:In this research, the feminist economy and the sexual division of labor will be specifically analyzed. For this reason, the main objective of the research is: Study salaried work from a feminist economy that makes the sexual division visible in the Development Association. Texal in Salinas de Guaranda. The sexual division of labor has been a problem for years that has created social, labor, economic and personal inequality, which feminist economics aims to eradicate wage gaps between men and women, in addition, to make unpaid work visible such as tasks, domestic, of care and highlighting the social constructions that society has imposed, in which a distinction has been made between men and women, the majority of women's jobs have not been valued in the market while men are associated as the financial market. To understand this problem, both theoretical and methodological foundations will be presented, and social inequalities and the problems that the low labor visibility they have when carrying out their work will be presented for many women. For the development of the research, the mixed type methodology will be used, which will allow through surveys directed at the workers of the Social Development Association of Texal artisans in Salinas de Guaranda and how their work has managed to become visible despite the sexual division of the existing work, these data will allow us to conceptualize feminist economics and the sexual division of labor in the labor market sphere.
