Sumario:This is a development study whose main objective was to develop a methodological proposal for the design of Multimedia aimed at teachers and children of the "Manuelita Sáenz" Fiscal School of the community of Chalata as part of the resources for teaching the Subject of the English language, based on qualitative research models. We used theoretical methods in the bibliographic review and the documentary analysis that support this study; Empirical methods through the application of individual and group techniques, valuable information was obtained for the conception and elaboration of the product that is defended. We present the methodological proposal of a multimedia that is characterized by its didactic approach in correspondence with the formative aspirations, it is of the utmost importance that all children learn the language as it provides teaching opportunities and improve communication in daily life, observing images, sounds , Videos, animations, among others, With the use of multimedia children will be able to pronounce the words and phrases which will help to strengthen the teaching of the English language, assimilating the established contents, The present Methodological proposal will be of general interest for the educational institution because of the importance of learning English at an early age.
