Тойм:The general objective of this work was to determine the relationship between remuneration and job satisfaction of the employees of the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of San Miguel in Bolívar Province during the year 2024. The research utilized a quantitative methodology through surveys of employees focused on variables such as remuneration and job satisfaction. The results showed that salary deficiencies and limited development opportunities have a negative impact on job satisfaction. The statistical analysis confirmed that greater equality in remuneration and better development opportunities are positively correlated with job satisfaction. The conclusions reveal that improving the remuneration structure and offering more development opportunities are essential for enhancing job satisfaction within the organization. It is recommended to improve salary policies and expand training programs to better respond to the needs of employees.
