| Özet: | 1. Talking about the problem. Is important as we consider the need to improve the quality of education and poor that exists in terms of Motivational Strategies with didactic materials, we consider the development of this work the educational paradigm of constructivism, that part of the student's life experiences, our primary desire is to detect the reality of teaching in that school, and why not say it in different places of the canton and the province. Many children in private schools have low performance at school due to lack of motivation and lack of a good didactic material within the schools. The contents are drawn from the cultural reality and the inner experiences of our community, in order to be useful for the development of international learning processes, and then be reversed to society. Is a thorough review of the topics that allows the support of the hypothesis, the arguments and theories raised verification on the subject under investigate. Education has the right to be the spiritual growth of people, is one of the principal means available to promote human development, allowing deep and harmonious escape poverty, ignorance, oppression, injustice, war and more. At the present time the teaching profession faces different challenges and demands that merit urgent changes in the educational work. So the teaching professionals should be able to help learners to purposefully grasp, to think, act and develop as people. The use of teaching strategies should be done intentionally and reflective teacher, able to develop a metacognition in student’s effective provisions for socio-cultural, political, economic and social community. The proposed methodology presented in this paper, as data collection instruments used primary and secondary sources (surveys). The population under investigation consisted of 44 persons, of whom 4 are teachers who work at school and 40 students in the second and third year of Basic General Education. The other went to a major methodological field and properly selected, the characteristics addressed include the descriptive, explanatory, transversal and comparative methods over the deductive-inductive, analogical comparison, that provided in the search for truth. Teaching is adjusted to provide a support construction activities of the trainees, so that teachers are required to correctly employ teaching strategies to achieve in students the development of critical thinking and learning is comprehensive, meaningful and can construct their own knowledge. We discuss the analysis, discussion of the results obtained during implementation of the survey and research work in Motivational strategies with didactic materials, the change implemented by applying tools and instruments, finally conclusions and recommendations that will strengthen success, progress and development of knowledge of the learner. They pose an alternative solution to the problem through a viable and innovative proposal. |
