Sažetak:The present study was raised with the objective where it helps us to describe the nursing care process in urinary tract infection in pregnancy based on the Virginia Henderson Model at the Los Trigales Health Center in the period February - June 2022. For this purpose, a mixed, descriptive field research was applied, working with a population of 20 pregnant women who were attended at the Los Trigales Health Center, to whom an Assessment Guide according to the Virginia Henderson Model was applied. After applying the assessment guide where care needs were prioritized, the result was that the population presented urinary tract infections (80%), lack of knowledge for taking temperature and fever management (65%), embarrassment to talk about the UTI disease (55%), deterioration of urinary elimination manifested by nocturia (50%) and difficulties in personal hygiene (90%). Therefore, it was concluded that care plans were formulated based on the affected needs of pregnant women with Urinary Tract Infections, using the NANDA, NIC and NOC Taxonomies, obtaining a total of 5 Standardized Nursing Care Processes and an educational program was carried out with nursing interventions with the purpose of reducing the incidence of urinary tract infections.
