Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | The present project of denominated titling; Process of attention of Infirmary based on the pattern of attention of Betty Neuman for neonates and nurslings smaller than 2 exposed years to the virus human immunodeficiency, clinic of the HIV, General Hospital Martin Icaza, Babahoyo, The Ríos, January - December 2016. Objective: To implement Process of Attention of Infirmary based on the pattern of attention of Betty Neuman for neonates and nurslings smaller than 2 exposed years to the HIV, therefore the study stands out the five variables proposed by the theoretical one: physiologic, psychological, of development, sociocultural and spiritual, whereas clause to the individual like a being biopsicosocial that interaction with the environment, facilitating the nurse's work, identifying problems and giving solution to the same ones, guaranteeing a better quality of life for the client. Method: An observation guide was applied to 25 clinical histories of the study group and he/she was carried out 24 interviews to its progenitors, a survey of knowledge was also used on the process of infirmary attention to 12 nurses of the area of: childbirth work, neonatology, clinic of the HIV and pediatrics, later on a pursuit guide is applied the nurse of the clinic of the HIV. Design: the study is of retrospective, documental type, of field, cross section, qualitative and applied. Results: You ended up determining the epidemic profile of the 25 neonates and nurslings smaller than 2 exposed years to the HIV, obtaining the following: 52% corresponds to the masculine sex and 48% to the feminine sex, the predominant age in the study group with 64% corresponds to the 9 months to 1 year 2 months of age, in relation to the ethnos 72% corresponds the mestizo, 100% of the neonates was born and they reside in The Ríos' County, on the other hand they present comorbilidad (anemia) 32% of the group; the population's 100% is seropositive mother's product to the HIV, the age that prevails in the progenitors corresponds at 19 - 28 years, the same ones that obtained to the product for Caesarean operation with 92% of frequency in its majority, inside the maternal records have the prenatal controls the same ones that alone 46% of the progenitors >5 CPN was carried out, therefore the study population's 100% is diagnosed with perinatal exhibition to the HIV, consequently treatment antirretroviral is administered to the population's 100%; In relation to the current situation we have that 100% remains alive, 92% with normal nutritional state and 4% was transferred at third level. They settled down diagnostic and infirmary interventions in each one of the functions of the affected variable. The infirmary personnel only concentrates on the patient's physiologic function, affected by the pathology, neglecting the aspects extrapersonales and intrapersonals like: the psychological thing, of development, sociocultural and spiritual.
