Competition is the main external factor that must be taken into account for decision-making, which is why companies that must apply defense and adaptability strategies that allow them to minimize the impact of strategic actions. The taxi cooperative "Republic of Argentina" is an organization formed and protected by all legal entities, is located in the province of Pichincha, Canton Quito, La Concepción parish, La Pulida neighborhood; It offers the service of mobility (Transportation) of conventional taxi. The purpose of this strategic marketing plan is the administrative strengthening of the cooperative through the development of strategic marketing tools and the application of the determining strategies provided by the radical improvement of the entity, it is necessary to indicate that the proposal mentioned in this Research work will be executed by the taxi cooperative "Republic of Argentina".
