Shrnutí:Musculoskeletal injuries worldwide, according to the latest publications of the World Health Organization (WHO, 2022), are considered a health problem since more than 1,710 million people suffer from some of these discomforts, in adults. In the elderly, there are several common musculoskeletal injuries due to the natural aging process, the loss of muscle mass and the decrease in bone density causing disability throughout the world, limiting the development of people due to the difficulties it generates in mobility and ability to perform tasks of daily life, generating lower levels of well-being and low quality of life. The objective of this research was to develop the Nursing Care Process in older adults with musculoskeletal injuries based on the Theoretical Model of Madeleine Leininger at the Santa Fé Health Center. To carry out the research, a non-experimental, descriptive inductive cross-sectional and field study was carried out, the study variable was the most frequent musculoskeletal injuries. The population consisted of 40 older adults who belong to the Santa Fé Health Center. The instrument used was a questionnaire that addressed the social and cultural factors of the cross-cultural model, risk factors and the symptoms of musculoskeletal injuries, the Tinetti scale was also used to assess the risk of falling and, through the analysis of medical records, data were obtained. the most common injuries suffered by older adults. It was possible to obtain the following results that were presented by means of graphs and tables where it was obtained that the main musculoskeletal injuries that affect the elderly are low back pain, arthritis, osteoarthritis, especially women, in terms of risk factors, the age, level of education and low income, as well as the risk of falling, the most frequent symptom being pain/swelling of the hip and knee.
