Gestión financiera para el control de cartera de crédito de la cooperativa Metrópolis Ltda, del cantón Quinsaloma provincia de Los Ríos, año 2011

This research focuses on raising awareness of the economic situation being experienced by the credit union METROPOLIS Ltda, located in the province of Los Rios, the Quinsaloma Canton, between Progress Avenue and Calle 10 de Agosto. The cooperative has been a reduction in its portfolio in recent years, so a financial management plan for the growth of the same set, making diagnosis of the financial situation, establishing procedures and effective strategies for portfolio growth of credit. With regard to the methodology applied, the methods used were the inductive, deductive, descriptive and analytical; documentary material comprehensive and thorough was revised according to the results of field research, all the information collected, tabulated and their analysis showed that the partners are unhappy with the time of loan approval, the amount offering the cooperative is low, there is insufficient credit lines and partners know the benefits of fixed-term deposits. In the interpretation of the financial statements to the problem found was the decline in the loan portfolio with respect to the years 2011, 2012 and 2013. This leads to develop a proposal for financial management for the increase in the placement of credit, which allows expedite the procedure for granting loans, deposits increased credit, increase credit lines offered by the cooperative, proposing various strategies.
