Etiketle | Özet: | "The environmental audit is a systematic and documented process for obtaining and objectively evaluating evidence related to the activities, management systems, and outcomes of an organization regarding its environmental aspects. This is done in order to determine whether they conform to established policies and objectives, as well as applicable legal and other requirements. Objective: To establish the level of compliance of the environmental audit in accordance with current regulations at OCCES Construcciones company in the Pelileo canton, year 2022. Methodology: Exploratory, field, and bibliographic documentary research, approached with a mixed method and a non-experimental design, using inductive-deductive methods. The population that participated in the data collection included 8 workers and 1 manager, who were subjected to a survey and an interview. Results: The main finding is that OCCES CONSTRUCCIONES company had not previously conducted a compliance audit. Furthermore, there is evidence of a 63.16% compliance with current legal regulations, demonstrating satisfactory compliance with the legal measures taken by the construction company. |
