Objective: To establish the level of compliance of the environmental audit in accordance with current regulations at OCCES Construcciones company in the Pelileo canton, year 2022. Methodology: Exploratory, field, and bibliographic documentary research, approached with a mixed method and a non-experimental design, using inductive-deductive methods. The population that participated in the data collection included 8 workers and 1 manager, who were subjected to a survey and an interview. Results: The main finding is that OCCES CONSTRUCCIONES company had not previously conducted a compliance audit. Furthermore, there is evidence of a 63.16% compliance with current legal regulations, demonstrating satisfactory compliance with the legal measures taken by the construction company. |

Furthermore, there is evidence of a 63.16% compliance with current legal regulations, demonstrating satisfactory compliance with the legal measures taken by the construction company.La auditoría ambiental es un proceso sistemático y documentado para obtener y evaluar de forma objetiva la evidencia relativa a las actividades, los sistemas de gestión y los resultados de una organización respecto a sus aspectos ambientales, con el fin de determinar si estos se ajustan a las políticas y objetivos establecidos, y a los requisitos legales y otros requisitos que sean aplicables. Objetivo: Establecer el nivel de cumplimento de la auditoría ambiental a través de la normativa legal vigente en la empresa OCCES Construcciones del cantón Pelileo, año 2022. Metodología: Investigación exploratoria, de campo y documental bibliográfica, abordada bajo un enfoque mixto y con un diseño no experimental, haciendo uso de los métodos inductivo deductivo. La población que participó en el levantamiento de información, fueron 8 trabajadores y 1 gerente, a quienes se procedió a aplicar una encuesta y una entrevista. Resultados: El principal resultado es que la empresa OCCES CONSTRUCCIONES., no ha ejecutado con anterioridad una auditoría, además que se evidencia un cumplimiento del 63.16% de la normativa legal vigente, demostrando así un cumplimiento satisfactorio de las medidas legales tomadas por la constructora.Universidad Estatal de Bolívar.
